The goal for every young person who attends the “A” Game Fundamental Basketball is to come away with a basic improvement of fundamental basketball skills. “A” Game Fundamental Basketball Clinic hopes to improve each person's understanding about basic fundamental basketball training. Team work and discipline are tools for success, both on and off the floor. “A” Game also uses life skills training as a guide to self-improvement. Most of all, our skilled and friendly staff will emphasize to each attendee the enjoyment of basic fundamental basketball training. |
| ABOUT COACH JEFFERSON Rodney Jefferson (left) is the Director of the “A” Game Fundamental Basketball Clinic. Coach Jefferson is the former recruiter of athletes for the Citrus College Men's Basketball program and the former head Junior Varsity coach at Monrovia High School. He has coached high-level summer basketball camps at USC, Pepperdine University, Arizona State University and University of Louisville. Coach Jefferson is the recipient of the 2004 "MWALIMU" Award. The word "MWALIMU" is Swahili, meaning "Someone who is held in highest esteem and respect". Coach Jefferson also served as the Monrovia High School Site Coordinating Counsel Chairman (2003-2004).
